Professional CPD Standards is a private CPD accreditation service operated by Pheon Agency Ltd.

Our purpose is to make high-quality professional development easier to recognise. We review the evidence behind a course, including its content, assessment and claimed learning level.

A fair review for every provider

We welcome external training providers. Pheon Academy courses follow the same review process: a competent person other than the course author must review the finished course, with the findings recorded.

Clear ownership. Clear standards.

Our standards, level descriptors and verification records are public. Approval applies to the identified course and version for the period shown on its record.
