A clear route to accreditation.

Tell us what you teach. Show us how it is assessed.

1. Apply with your provider identity, course outline, learning outcomes and claimed level.
2. Upload supporting teaching materials, assessment tasks, marking criteria and relevant learner policies.
3. Pay the confirmed review fee. A review fee pays for assessment and does not guarantee approval.
4. Receive review findings, with a request for further information or amendments if needed.
5. On approval, receive your accreditation number, badge and public verification record.

Creating an account and making an initial enquiry are free. You can submit a course without purchasing separate provider accreditation.

We confirm the scope and total payable before opening checkout. Larger, specialist or unusually extensive submissions are quoted before payment.

Included in your assessment fee

• Review of the teaching, learning outcomes and assessment, with written feedback.
• One resubmission within 60 days of a decline decision, at no extra assessment charge.
• On approval: an accreditation certificate, unique reference, public register entry and permission to use the relevant badge on approved material.
• No additional accreditation charge per learner or learner certificate.

You pay for assessment, not a guaranteed approval.

12 months from approval

Accreditation lasts 12 months from the approval date. Annual renewal covers a review of current evidence without substantial changes. Significant changes are scoped and priced before payment.

Provider accreditation assesses organisational standards. It does not automatically approve every course that the provider offers.

Pheon Academy's own submissions and renewals are not charged. They still require the same evidence and review standard.
