Can we choose different courses for different people?
Yes. Managers can assign courses to an individual, selected learners or the whole active team, and add newly released courses later.
What does the annual price include?
Learner accounts, all online lessons and assessments, course certificates and transcripts, a final assigned-training record, the live training matrix, manager reporting and evidence exports.
Can we increase our learner places later?
Yes. You can move to the next available plan during the year and pay the difference for the remaining subscription period. Your original annual renewal date stays the same.
Does online completion prove practical competence?
No. Pheon records completion of online theory and knowledge assessment. Providers must arrange and record practical instruction or workplace competency wherever the role and course require it.
Can we cancel or reduce the plan?
You can cancel future renewal at any time and retain access until the end of the paid annual period. Learner capacity cannot be reduced during the current paid term.
