Digital content and cancellations
How cancellation rights work for immediate access to a Pheon Academy programme.

Before access begins
The course is digital content supplied immediately after confirmed payment. Before going to Stripe, you must expressly ask us to begin supply during the 14-day cancellation period and acknowledge that the statutory cancellation right for that digital-content purchase will be lost when supply begins. The acknowledgement is not pre-selected.
After access begins
Once immediate digital supply begins following your express consent and acknowledgement, the ordinary 14-day change-of-mind right for that digital-content purchase ends. This does not affect remedies that may apply if the product is faulty, misdescribed or otherwise fails to meet legal requirements.
