On-screen opening: Pheon Academy. Stacey's journey into care. People, Standards, Practice.

I'm Stacey. When I started working in home care, I'd never done anything like it before.

My employer put all my mandatory training through Pheon Academy. That's how I first found it.

I was nervous about the training, but the courses were so easy to understand and work through. Things started making sense. I actually found myself choosing extra courses because I wanted to know more.

But starting in care can be tough. There was a point when I thought, maybe this isn't for me.

Then I watched a video on Pheon Academy that really stayed with me. It felt like someone understood how I was feeling.

It reminded me that I was still learning, and that needing support didn't mean I wasn't right for the job.

I decided to stay, and I signed up for lifetime individual membership so I could keep learning for myself.

There's so much there, including free advice and support. I've even learned about claiming tax relief from HMRC. I wouldn't have known where to start.

Pheon's given me somewhere to turn, encouragement to keep going, and the confidence to learn more.

On-screen closing: Pheon Academy. Support for the people who care. Free advice. Free learning. Encouragement. £49 Lifetime Individual Membership. pheonacademy.co.uk.
