Care workers deserve support for themselves as well as training for their role. Our Free Resources collection includes Your Voice Matters: Speaking Up in Care; Looking After Yourself While Caring for Others; and Starting Your First Care Job.
Your Voice Matters and Looking After Yourself each have two narrated lessons, original scenarios and an assessment, with a free Level 2 Professional CPD Standards digital certificate on successful completion. Starting Your First Care Job has been expanded into eight narrated modules with a learner workbook, twelve practical sheets and a twenty-question assessment. Successful completion earns a free Level 2 Professional CPD Standards Certificate of Achievement and Training Transcript; the programme complements employer induction and does not replace the Care Certificate or workplace competency sign-off.
Four free guides are also available: Claim What You're Entitled To; When Work Gets Difficult; Support When Money Is Tight; and After a Difficult Shift. Read online without an account or download the Academy-branded PDFs. These are information guides, not assessed courses.
